Founding Pastor, Theodore Dillard Jr, emeritus
Our founding Pastor was born again at Greater Apostolic Faith Temple Church pastored by the late Bishop Charles L. Taylor in November 1978, honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1980, and married a member of his church, Vivian, and they have been married for 43 years
Pastor Dillard earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Aenon Bible College, Indianapolis, IN, and didn’t let his health prevent him from attending Aenon School of Theology in Carson, California where he will obtain a Masters Degree in Theology in the fall 2024.

Our overseer was born again at Greater Apostolic Faith Temple Church of San Diego, CA in April 1979, and has been preaching/teaching for 44 years, and confirmed by her Pastor, Bishop Charles L. Taylor, and mentors, Evangelist, Dr. Johnny James, Aenon Bible College Southern California Provost, Dr. Norma Jackson, and Peace Apostolic Church Pastor, Bishop Howard A. Swancy (all deceased and in the presence of the Lord.)
Vivian published a book, “Two In The Field,” has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry from Aenon Bible College of Indianapolis, IN; and is a current member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. - Central California District Council.
The Dillards have three children, all married with children, devoted to God, working in ministry, with Master Degrees from various California universities.
